Responsible for the design, execution and delivery of large scale projects involving hundreds of active participants based globally, adressing scopes between €30M to €900M in revenue and resulting in a EBITDA profit increase of up to €25M in specific projects.The role involved developing and implementing new pricing strategies and operations, ensuring sales targets were met and managing a team consisting of 6 - 8 consultants and analysts. Several projects additionally included integration of the system solution Navetti PricePoint and adapting it to fit the clients business processes.

Managing pricing and system solution integration projects.The projects have been run for the worlds' leading industrial companies and have been based in Europe, Asia and the USA. Several of the projects have involved implementing the pricing software Navetti PricePoint and integrate it with the existing business systems.The deliverables were; optimized pricing, implementation of the pricing in key markets, and the transformation of the internal pricing processes to support the new pricing framework in addition to a successful integration of the new pricing system.

My involvement covered everything from repositioning and communicating new prices to educating the customer how to tweak their current pricing operations and how to use our pricing system solution Navetti PricePoint. Additional tasks included supporting our internal software development process, gathering market data and designing new pricing methodologies and marketing.

I investigated if the glass facade market in the Netherlands had enough commercial potential to warrant market penetration by VIDA. The work served as the base for a patent application. The analysis was executed by a modified version of Porters Five Forces model and large parts of the work were searching and using information from international databases and conducting interviews.
