Worked 5 months full-time, and 9 months part-time at a 2023 Forbes Cloud top 100 private cloud company. I worked in coordination with teams from IT, Finance, Operations, HR and an external service provider. I created a process to manage and limit SaaS spending for the company. Additionally, I set up an ETL flow from an HR user interface onto a BI tool to capture daily snapshots for 1,000 employees. Created dashboards and presented results to the CTO of the company.

I collaborated with a small team in in-person offices in South San Francisco. Ran a quality control improvement project – recording data in warehouse and analyzing in Excel to maximize number of error-free products working in coordination with VP of Operations. Managed daily order flow from customers to production managers. Designed PowerPoint presentations for new product concepts.

Created and ran two separate summer camps for young boys aged 9 - 12 in Palo Alto. I made and executed a covid-compatible schedule designed to entertain a group of kids (including games, outdoor activities, sports) while many other camp plans were canceled due to the pandemic.
