His success has been evident in his various undertakings of which include Tinga Private Game lodge (Krugar national park), Melrose Arch (Johannesburg), Villa Via (now known as Radison blue CT) and the Curzon security estate (Contantia Cape Town). It’s not just his success rate in these wide ranging developments that has set him apart, but the creativity he has shown to maximize each projects many moving parts. Stan has been involved with all aspects of property development, whether it be site identification, feasibility studies, arrangement of finance, negotiation or sales and marketing. Stanley has had experience in the full property spectrum, is a proud father of three and an avid fisherman.
