About Stan Hampton
I am a licensed architect with over 35 years diverse experience with various project types, construction types, delivery methods, project roles and responsibilities and practice management. My focus is to protect the client’s best interests and meet their objectives by delivering services that ensure a successful construction project.My commercial experience includes, health care, financial facilities, educational, industrial, office and tenant finish work. I have successfully completed high-rise, steel framed, load-bearing masonry, wood framed, tilt-up and pre-stressed concrete structures. I am very familiar with an array of cladding systems including masonry veneer, metal panels, aluminum and glass curtainwall, precast and masonry panels. I have worked directly for the owner on traditional design-bid-build projects as well as teaming up with the contractor on design-build projects. I have successfully managed teams of architects, interior designers and engineering consultants for the past 25 years as well as interfaced with the owner, developer, jurisdictional and construction components of the project team. As a principal of my own firm I have been involved with marketing, practice management and with all aspects of projects from pre-design thru occupancy.
