Mr. Barnes is a seasoned retired Principal Project (PMO) Manager with over 30 years experience in General and Engineering construction and IT infrastructure fields, including the design build and owner’s representative role. He is a self-motivated professional, experienced in providing expert management leadership in the design and construction of many different types of projects, including IT related projects. Stan is a PMP, licensed General Engineering and General Building Contractor and LEED AP with a history of solving management and operational difficulties, while getting the project built, completed and maintained with total satisfaction by all. He is proficient with relevant computer software and experienced in all types of private and public contracts, including lump sum, GMP, CM, and design/build, from both the owner’s and contractor’s side. Mr. Barnes has extensive experience in public works and commercial projects and highly motivated to manage every project to a successful completion.
