Acted as a learning leader and study guide for students in the first year of my program at NAIT for the Supplementary Learning (SL) program. I was assigned to the Database Fundamentals course to help students in class and to hold three one-hour study sessions each week. Instead of giving students answers, I allowed them to solve their problems with proper pushes in the right direction.

This was the position I filled when I was not the Sorting Machine operator.
