- Manage full cycle of recruitment process from initial requisition to final placement;- Place employment ads in appropriate sources;- Work closely with Hiring Managers to understand specific department requirements;- Manage a variety of vacancies, prioritize, multitask;- Participate in career fairs, recruit from universities, colleges, technical schools;- Maintain strong communication and relationship with candidates to deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the process;- Partner with international HR teams on additional projects and employee issues as required.

- Collaborate with managers and recruiters globally to develop and execute tactical candidate search strategies to create a pipeline of candidates to meet overall recruiting goals;- Identify potential candidates through sophisticated Boolean searches, user groups, professional and social networks, candidate recommendations, employer branding initiatives, networking/meetings, web sourcing, etc.;- Evaluate and qualify candidates according to principles and build future talent pools of critical profiles;- Scaling candidate search methodology and tools as required;- Influencing talent acquisition initiatives and the business as a whole.

- Comprehensive recruitment in the IT field (sourcing, outbound, selection of applications, coordinating the process, conducting interviews, negotiating offers);- Create human-to-human messages and job ads;- Regular report about recruitment matters and monitor market trends;- Participation in HR (onboarding) + employer branding activities and projects;- Coordinating interview planning & scheduling.
