- Collaborate with managers and recruiters globally to develop and execute tactical candidate search strategies to create a pipeline of candidates to meet overall recruiting goals;- Identify potential candidates through sophisticated Boolean searches, user groups, professional and social networks, candidate recommendations, employer branding initiatives.

- Comprehensive recruitment in the IT field (sourcing, outbound, selection of applications, coordinating the process, conducting interviews, negotiating offers);- Create human-to-human messages and job ads;- Regular report about recruitment matters and monitor market trends;- Participation in HR (onboarding) + employer branding activities and projects.
