• building incident management processes, creating incident cards depending on their category and type using iRP R-Vision automation technologies;
• creating incident response playbooks;
• development of scripts (python, bash, powershell), connectors (REST / SOAP APi, DB) for the purpose of enriching incident card data and responding to incident;
• kick-off meetings and demonstration of the results;
