Deployed to Tuzla AB, BiH as NCOIC of AFN Balkans, became Station Commander in March when current SC (SFC Lee Donahue) redeployed to Germany. I disestablished the affiliate in April after NATO realignment no longer supported a manned AFRTS mission.

Radio and TV producer/Station Manager at *Armed Forces Radio Television Service network in Korea, then known as AFKN (AFKN is now AFN-Korea, in keeping with the AFN branding) I began as a broadcaster at the Pusan affiliate and later became Station Manager. I disestablished the Pusan affiliate in 1998. *The "A" in AFRTS used to stand for "Armed", but it is now the "American Forces Radio and Television Service.
