02/2008 – Present FairPoint Communications Manchester, NHFacilities Management – Senior Manager At the onset, responsible for assembling a total service Facility Operations Management Organization addressing all aspects, budget, space planning, portfolio management and skill trade contracts for the three state region of Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont.  Oversight of a three state portfolio consolidation. Oversight of two major electrical upgrades at two critical facilities totaling $5M. Data Center and Major Communications hub. Manage 4 Property Managers and 15 in house mechanic staffs. Managed the closure of 5 leased properties and the consolidation into existing facilities.

Managed staffs of 100+ and operating budgets in excss of $5M. ** Manger of Verizon's Energy Management Program for the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic areas reducing annual energy expenditures by $30 M impacting the total energy spend of $500 M. ** Project Manager during the Corporate Headquarters projects, responsible for base build outs of 350K s.f., relocating 1300 employees, setting office and communications standards. Projects carried a budget of $11M and completed on time with an $8M expenditure. ** 35 plus years of Real Estate Operations and Property Management experience.
