I have been in the Field Supervision for over 25 years now. My projects wer predominately in the Retail Field but i had transitioned into the Cold Storage / Food Processing facilities nearly 5 years ago. Most Recently Indoor Farming Facilities with Vertical - Robotic Growing facilities. I have traveled extensively from the Mid West to the East Coast from Upper New York to Lower Florida. I have extensive Client Satisfaction. My clients come first and a happy client is a return client. My clients are also my references. I have also been involved in the Commercial, Industrial and Educational facility construction including multi-story construction supervision. I have OSHA 10 and working on OSHA 30 as well. I have been involved with 4 - Focused and un-focused OSHA onsite inspections and to date not one Citation was implemented upon the GC I have been representing. I am the "Competent Person" onsite when OSHA enters the site and the citations can be extensive when safety is not first. I truly love to build new buildings and turn existing buildings into a new concept by the Retail Public. I can provide supervision in the Hospitality field as well. I am the first one on site and the last one to leave. I love to put on my hard hat and work boots and man the project to ensure all do the same when required.
