One of such areas were timesheets. These were filled manually which resulted in the Medical Director spending half a day checking through. After submitting to payroll, further explanations are required. This is then followed by further enquiries by the doctors who had submitted the timesheets.I resolved the issue, by combining the roster, timesheets all into an automated process. Shifts were automatically populated as per the live roster. This resulted in reducing days of work, into a simple process which takes less than an hour each fortnight.Another gap was the way medical contracts were written. Multiple spreadsheets where required to update details. Each contract was then created individually. This method increased the margin of error to unacceptable levels. Each contract took over 30 mins to create.I resolved the issue, by consolidating all databases into one. Introduced formulas in the backend, and created a mailmerge. The mailmerge automated the required contract, with required clauses. Each contract now takes less than 1 min to populate.

AccomplishmentsPlanned, executed and completed the waitlist validation project well within time frame. The project received positive recognition from the Chief of Operation at Western Health. Awarded employee of the year by the operations manager.

AccomplishmentsReceived “Employee of the month” 2 times in a year for providing outstanding customer service to patients, doctors and nurses. Received continuous feedback from nurses and doctors for being dependable, reliable and constantly going above and beyond to ensure the highest degree of customer service is being delivered to internal and external stakeholders.

AccomplishmentsOrganised, developed and managed a project independently, which resulted in monthly revenue exceeding $20,000.

AccomplishmentsPromoted to a leadership role within a fortnight upon joining company (started as data entry clerk). Implemented and reorganized entire filing system for department, which resulted in a significant increase in efficiency and productivity.
