Primary Responsibilities• Ensure completion of Supply Chain deliverables in accordance with the Company Project Delivery System (PDS). • Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement capital project contracting and procurement plans ensuring incorporation of lessons learned from previous projects. • Work closely with the project management team, engineering and construction stakeholders to identify, define and forecast contracted service and material requirements.• Identify commodities or services that are part of a project's critical path and create critical long–lead sourcing and expediting strategies. • Establish defined practices for supplier management, including scorecard development and measurement. • Direct the procurement activities of EPC procurement teams for the bid issue, evaluation and award process, expediting, logistics and materials management. • Work with project teams in development of project approved supplier lists and provide input on project supplier pre-qualification process. • Identify leveraging opportunities to add value, cost avoidance and minimize cost and risk to projects. • Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders based on trust, integrity and professionalism and facilitate effective communication. • Support and mentor internal purchasing personnel and provide guidance to EPC procurement teams for various day to day procurement activities.
