Working with a large team in a ministry to develop a public facing online service.

Provides training and coaching to companies in Asia. My current focus is on Scrum and technical practices and has coached financial, logistics and web companies in the area of web and mobile application development. I've also developed an iOS mobile app for a startup, delivered Certified Scrum Developer, Test Driven Development and Introduction to Scrum courses in public.I'm an active contributor to Agile Singapore community by organizing monthly meet-ups, events such as coding dojo and conferences like CITCON Asia 2012, Agile Singapore 2013, 2014 and 2016. Spearheaded Agile movement within the organization and deliver insurance systems (i2Solutions) for financial advisors. I've introduced and practiced Scrum in i2Solutions products and adopted UI test automation for i2Solutions products using Selenium. This was later introduced and adopted by iFAST flagship product, Fundsupermart. I also improved the company's SCM and release management by introducing Continuous Integration system and coached developers on those. I gave in-house talks on Agile and mentored team members on practices like Scrum and TDD.

Designed and implemented an online stock trading based on Java Mobile Edition and collaborated with customers for requirements and feasibility study.

Collaborated with local and remote team members (Motorola HQ in Schaumburg, IL, USA.) on a multi-threaded client-server video product for public safety use. I've enhanced the reliability of video and voice sessions over wired and wireless networks using SIP (Session Initiation Protocol). I also took on a SCM (ClearCase) manager role for the product.

Designed and implemented a companion product for GFI FAXmaker. It is a packaged standalone web application made available via web. Developed a multi-threaded XML messaging server gateway that interfaces with SAP for BAX Global on C#. Developed and maintained new releases for a government online examination system. Developed and maintained a case management system for Monetary Authority of Singapore's subsidiary. Provided support and maintenance for servers and desktop computers and liaise with vendors when necessary.
