As a system administrator, I am responsible for performing all operational processes and procedures and for ensuring that all IT services and infrastructures meet operational targets. In addition I am able to understand the complexities of infrastructure design and maintenance, be able to analyze architecture and security issues, and perform advanced troubleshooting. As a system administrator, I need to identify performance bottlenecks and provide administrative solutions where appropriate and to perform most of the tasks involved in my role with limited assistance from peers, product documentation, and vendor support services, even in complex situations.

•OS & Enterprise Apps: Installation, configuration and maintenance of Microsoft Windows 2000 Server , Windows 2003 Server and Windows 2008 server, Windows SBS Server in various client companies with domain architecture.•Security: Installation and configuration of Firewalls for various types including Symantec Gateway Security firewall•Provide advice to clients on implementing securities through firewalls and remote management.•Installation and configuration of Access Points and Routers•Networking Services : LAN/ WAN Installations, Installation and configuration of switches, DHCP, DNS, VLAN, VPN etc•Desktop Technologies: Installation and configuration of Windows 7/2000/XP/VISTA clients, Configuration and maintenance of network printers and Scanners, User Administration, Tracking of Users, preventing users from unauthorized usage of applications and implementing security on the network.•Supervise daily operations of the Help Desk, coordinate all activities involved with computer desktop related functions primarily standardization and asset management.

• Offer alternative solutions where appropriate with the objective of retaining customers’ and clients’ business. Performing technical troubleshooting, maintenance, and setup of hardware. Provide second‐level problem determination on problems reported by end‐users. Assist end‐users in resolving the problem by guiding end‐users on possible solutions. Installing ,configuring and maintenance of computer systems and software applications Provide training in systems use and access. Check systems in order to optimize performance and to initiate recovery action after system failures. Provide assistance in testing new equipment and systems.
