*Management of client data to conduct sustainability reporting for UK-based CRE Funds consisting of 160+ assets. Data includes landlord and tenant energy consumption and other Scope 3 categories such as water, waste and capital goods refurbishments across a range of asset types (offices, industrial and retail parks).*Coordinated the collection, processing and quality assurance of asset performance data from external data owners such as Eneco and managing agents such as JLL, MAPP and CBRE including integration into Accenture systems. Streamlined collection process to maximise quality of received inputs and worked alongside fund managers to align with internal non-climate data and ensure analysis of outputs delivered the greatest value to the client.*Reported quarterly on the performance of funds against organisational KPIs such as energy use intensity (EUI) and data coverage. The tool consisted of an excel model which automated the reporting process to deliver a clear plastic footprint and recommended interventions to users.•Responsible for the creation of a separate reporting tool for Plastic Clever Schools, a national programme designed for students with 320 schools currently participating and providing data.
