My current role is as an IT Project Manager working on both Waterfall and Agile Collections projects and leveraging my previous experience to enhance my project management and build my scrum master skills.Ten years of experience developing and supporting a proprietary web-based contact management system for our Collections organization.Twenty-six years of Banking-Financial Services Industry experience as an Applications Programmer Analyst, Project Leader, Team Leader, and Integration Leader working in development, maintenance, conversion, and support roles.
