Manage a portfolio of roughly 400 billboard leases throughout the New York DMA (New York City, Times Square, northern New Jersey, Connecticut, Westchester County and Hudson Valley).Responsible for new billboard construction and acquisition, digital conversions, and overseeing existing lease agreements for renewals/extensions. Identify and analyze prospective billboard inventory by forecasting sales and expected capital costs to establish viability and appropriate financial proposal to landlords.Collaborate with Senior Legal Counsel to resolve property owner disputes, condemnation, zoning and settling contract terms favorably to CCO.Work closely with local municipalities and state agencies such as, NYCDOB, NYDOT, NJDOT and local building inspectors to obtain permits, maintain regulations and comply with ordinances.Works with other departments such as sales, marketing, finance, and operations to target opportunities, set real estate goals, and evaluate legal/governmental issues.
