Monitor Room Sales.-Report to G.M. -Forming sales strategies through information collection and analysis on STR report / Hotelligence Report / HMI report / Budget Plan / Pick Up Report / Trend Report.-Implementing sales strategies and direction into daily sales work to maximize sales opportunities and revenue.-Sales team activities arrangement: Sales trip / Sales Blitz -Overview and direct sales & marketing team training. -Managing Corporate FIT/Groups / Wholesale / MICE market/ Government ). -Manages key accounts and develop Shanghai company account and RFP account.-Implementing sales strategies and direction into daily sales work to maximize sales opportunities and revenue. -Arrange Sales Team for business trip to Beijing, Guangzhou, Shenzhen for distributing the information of the Sheraton Huzhou Hot Spring Resort to the key potential client and find out the potential business lead.-Working closely with SSO/NSO Sales Office to maximize sales opportunities and increase revenue. -Sales team recruitment and managing workforce change to maximize effectiveness and efficiency. -Take part in Marketing and Communication daily work, assistant G.M to corporate with SSO for bidding potential business.-Train the whole team with Marriott loyalty program, such as MI Leads, Lanyon, Opera, ISAC and Meeting Broker.-Achieve personal budget every monthly. Contribute total 8.3 million for 2017 whole year (Room only). Over personal yearly budget 218%.-Drive room sales team to achieve the whole hotel room budget.-Handle GP & SP Account MICE, especially Porsche new Panamera Launch (1300 rms), PWC 2017 Global partnership conference (460 rms) and Beijing FANUC Group annual meeting (580 rms) so on.
