I have been a nurse for 19 years, of which 13 years have been in Home Health Care/Post-Acute. My career has been focused on Geriatric/Adult care and I enjoy being an advocate for my patients. A desire for exceptional patient care and years of leadership experience have lead me to my current role in Implementation. I collaborate with partners, internal teams and leaders to develop, deliver, and maintain programs and relationships while ensuring that both partner and business goals are being met. Project management and organizational skills are important in this role, while also functioning as strategist, quality assurance, business analyst and coach. Patient satisfaction, partner satisfaction, team satisfaction and project health are critical measures of success for me. My key strengths include Leadership, Communication, Critical Thinking and Knowledge of the Post-Acute space.
