I am responsible for leading the Brisbane Office Existing Buildings team comprising:1. Asset Performance - Capital Upgrades, Asset Operational Efficiency, Technical Due Diligence, Condition Audits, Asset Reviews, PCA and BCA compliance audits etc. 2. Interior Fitout - lessee/tenant work for office and retail accommodation fitout etc.This role includes the following facets:- Business Development and implementation of Existing Buildings Strategy- Management and continued developing of our team both at a professional technical level and a client relationship level- Project DeliveryOur existing buildings team pride ourselves on:- Developing and maintaining strong client relationships- Professionalism, Reliability and Responsiveness- Consulting communication skills (i.e. the people skills, not just the Engineering)
