Primary focus to align interdisciplinary cross-functional team of test pilots, flight test engineers, system test engineers, instrumentation technicians, mechanics, quality assurance, suppliers, and design teams. Ensured all flight test activities required to meet cost, schedule and quality as well as technical performance and safety targets as identified by Nagoya Program Management and Seattle Engineering Center (SEC). Drove planning, readiness, and execution for all test points, deployments, configuration changes, maintenance, modifications, compliance management, and supplier integration. Overcame language barriers, cultural roadblocks, and extensive processes.FTV1 was dedicate to development and certification tests focused on envelope expansion, VMC testing, brake system, and fuel inerting system. Hired to pioneer Program Management Office (PMO) group at MFC for our foreign customer, Mitsubishi. After establishing the role’s value in the MRJ organization in 2 short months, was tasked to build an entire PMO team. Interviewed, hired, and trained 10+ PMs to support the MRJ program.Led the new department by providing leadership, oversight, and coordination of program activities to successfully implement the baseline schedule. Responsible for overall Site Test Readiness for MFC in preparation for MRJ1 arrival, as well as establishing new process as required to accept aircraft and begin testing.

Liaison for Bombardier Flight Test Center (BFTC) among the Work Packages on the Global 7000 flight test program, ensuring product simulation and testing meets the technical requirements and performance for cost-effective and on-schedule program certification. Lead and facilitate meetings and discussions to coordinate activities, develop plans, establish priorities and resolve issues of all kinds. Govern all group activities towards the release of 500+ test plans. Used analytic tools to generate scenario-based schedules and drive the team to a winning cadence. Provided focal support for flight test installations, spares, and technical risks.
