I am a seasoned IT Support Specialist with a Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, currently seeking opportunities to further my career in System Administration or IT Support. My passion for computer science and information technology was ignited at 15 when I received my first personal computer, which has grown ever since.I am in the process of obtaining my CCNA certification. I am building a home lab for Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), demonstrating my commitment to continuous learning and professional development. My technical expertise spans Windows/Linux Server, Active Directory, Backups and Disaster Recovery, Network Protocols, Firewall Policy, Routing and Switching, and IT Security Policy. These skills have been refined through self-development, academic courses, and hands-on work experiences.In addition to my technical acumen, I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Taiwan. My diverse work experiences across various sectors, such as hospitality, manufacturing, agriculture, and mechanics in Australia and Taiwan, have equipped me with robust adaptability, communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.Outside of my professional life, I enjoy exploring the virtual world through video games, immersing myself in different narratives through movies, and reconnecting with nature through hiking.
