My focus as a Workday Technical Support Analyst III centers on enhancing Workday's efficacy. This role involves intricate system analysis and crafting solutions that streamline operations across all Workday modules. I have a deep knowledge of configurations, payroll calculations, HCM configurations, business processes, EIB creation, reporting, inbound/outbound integrations along with WWS and security. My favorite part of what I do is when I get to think outside of the box to come up with creative solutions for unique and difficult requests or issues. There is nothing more gratifying than being a part of a solution previously thought to have been impossible!With certifications in Workday Pro Payroll, HCM, and Reporting, I've fortified my expertise in these areas. My educational foundation in Law from John Jay College bolsters my analytical skills, which are crucial for configuring systems and driving process improvements.
