Tony is a litigation partner in Mintz Levin's Boston office and Chair of the Construction Law Practice. He serves as legal counsel to owners, general contractors, developers, and public authorities. Tony advises his clients on all aspects of construction law, including contract formation, bid protests, claims, litigation, arbitration, and mediation. His experience includes major construction trials and arbitrations, as well as numerous smaller construction arbitrations and mediations.Tony is a frequent speaker to both owners and contractors on numerous construction related topics such as alternative dispute resolution, claims presentation and defense and strategies for effective project management.
