I founded Computer Connixion in 1994 as a VAR (Value Added Reseller) providing networking and integration technologies sales and services. As VP of National Sales for a software co. specializing in bankruptcy preparation automation, I built & maintained contact with a large database of attorneys specializing in bankruptcies and established relationships to increase their participation in our network to employ our software packages in their practices. I also organized & presented at the American Bankruptcy Association National meetings of Bankruptcy Trustees & Judges.

As an independent paralegal specializing in family and bankruptcy matters, I worked independently and contracted with several attorneys. I worked on some re-organizations under Chapter 11, for smaller companies, and many Chapter 7 individual filings as well as many family cases. I consulted with generalist attorneys who were unfamiliar with the law for bankruptcy cases, providing legal advice as to the intricacies of certain aspects of their cases, and performed legal research and wrote legal memoranda for them. I also worked with the Los Angeles Consumer Complaints Resolutions Department and was appointed by BBB to adjudicate automobile disputes under Lemon Law rules.

I supervised a large telemarketing operation of 116 telemarketers and I instituted new and additional training and incentive programs which increased productivity by 250%.Staff retention & team morale was dramatically improved, overall company profit benefitted by over 300%.
