During the establishment of new ideas, I have often been called to lead others by aligning purpose, clarifying intent and working to remove the roadblocks and obtain the resources to allow great teams to succeed. Sometimes, my role is to develop stakeholders and advocates by communicating the importance of an audacious idea, and to inspire the imagination of all ages through the effective use of traditional and social media and educational initiatives. I am an inspiring and dynamic communicator 'out front', used to being the public face of a mission. I am also content behind the scenes and enabling others, when that is the best way to achieve the desired outcome.I understand the strategic and technical challenges of fundraising (non profit and for profit).
