Co-founder of pioneering mobile application distribution company powering over 200 co-branded and white-label appstores, a social network for sharing and discovering mobile apps with over 1.5 million registered users, and e-commerce services for thousands of developers of smartphone and tablet apps. Led the company from startup to profitability with no outside capital. Played an integral role in conceiving, designing, and launching Appverse, our social network, enterprise appstore service, affiliate program, and other strategic initiatives. Signed and managed hundreds of distribution partners ranging from mobile enthusiast websites to major device manufacturers like Lenovo and Barnes & Noble -- reaching millions of users.

Founded this SaaS business whose web-based platform supported the creation, delivery, and tracking of rich-media, interactive advertisements on major publisher web sites. Raised investment capital and recruited and built a team of 45 employees including senior media executives. Established media partnerships with major publishing companies including Forbes, The Wall Street Journal, Network World, CIO, PC World, and others. Built initial customer base including Fortune 500 advertisers like Cingular, Computer Associates, Dell, Lucent, Sun Microsystems, and Verizon.

I founded and grew this pioneering software company whose award-winning NetMaker network engineering and design system is widely used by carriers, large commercial enterprises, and government agencies to simulate, analyze, and optimize communications networks. First-to-market and instrumental in the development of technology for Network Resource Planning (NRP). Functioned as VP of R&D for the first few years. Created overall strategy and business plans leading to investment from Metromedia Company. Worked directly with legendary investor and entrepreneur, John Kluge (#1 Forbes 400 list in 1989), founder and CEO of Metromedia . Developed strategic partnerships with market leading companies including Ameritech, IBM, Network Equipment Technologies, Newbridge Networks, Tellabs and many others. Product was chosen as one of the "Top Ten Products of the Year" in 1999 by Network World. Directly responsible for sale of the company to Opnet Technologies.

SRI International is a leading independent, nonprofit research institute that conducts client-supported research and development for government agencies, commercial businesses and nonprofit foundations. Developed research programs, created and sold project proposals, and provided technical and business leadership to project teams. Built and managed teams with specialized expertise in the areas of mathematical analysis, computer simulation and modeling, combinatorial optimization, expert systems, and graphical user interfaces. Led entry into the network design market and development of call routing system for Metromedia Long Distance (which grew through acquisitions including MCI into WorldCom). Sold and technically led crew scheduling system projects for some of the worlds largest transportation companies including American Airlines, New York City Transit Authority, Greyhound Lines, and the Korean subway system.
