• Handling FP, FN & unresolved malicious Incidents received from customers to Security Labs.• I will be responsible for the execution of malware in an isolated Virtual Windows machine and in Sandbox environments to collect its artifacts.• Analysing malware behavior and collecting the dropped components to provide the malicious files for detection adding.• Investigate and analyze on Malware and real incidents to develop detection strategies across the entire kill-chain and matching the incidents with MITRE ATT&CK Tactics which helps to improve our detection.• Proper documenting the analysed real incidents from available logs to derive the Root Cause along with the preventive measures to be taken at the customer network to avoid such attacks in future.• Analysing the trending malware families and their artifacts for suggesting the possible ways to stop the outbreaks to various modules. Providing my analysis for blog writing.• Responsible for carrying out the Functional test for various modules of Quick Heal, which are related to detection.• Hunting for similar variants of Malware from various sources (Virus Total, MalwareBazaar, AlienVault etc.,)

• Support Engineer Enterprise for Seqrite Enterprise products (EPP, EMM)• AV Installation and Configuration for Consumer and Enterprise products. Creating EPP Policies as per the requirement with proper security implementation.• For Malware issues - Troubleshooting Windows start-up issue, Registry entry, BSOD, Task Manager Disable and Adware issue.• Handle incidents promptly and appropriately, escalating the issues according to process.• Pre-sales support on POC, Technical Discussion and Post-sales support like installation, configuration and product issues [Providing services Remotely as well as Onsite visit based on demand].• Maintain high level Customer satisfaction by clarifying Customer needs and ensuring that they are met.• Handle incidents promptly and appropriately, escalate issues according to established process• Deliver a range of technical support services to our internal and external customers.
