Get the feedback from Customer and resolve issue, if raise by Customer.• Manage Petty Cash and settle on Daily Basis and report to Accounts Team.• Good communication skills with Vendors and Customers, also maintaining a strong communication chain between the different divisions.• Control on Obsoleting and Scrapping of Products.• Book Keeping of all Records, like Inward, Outward, Miscellaneous, Returnable/Non-Returnable, Scrap, Promotional, Visitors, Sales & Receipt Invoices with supporting documents.• Utilization and Organization of Space to keep maximum stock at Warehouse to meet targets of Sales for the respective periods in a proper manner.• Resolving Audit/Compliance/Non Conformance Points, if raised by Internal or External Auditors• Energetic and have leadership to manage entire Logistics Management for responsible area.

• Handle fill rate of modern trade channel like Big bazar, V mart, first cry, Big basket, paytm, hypercity, spar,Apollo, groffer stores etc.• Arranging stocks to fulfill the Modern trade requirement as per their po’s.• Purchase stock from supplier in case of out of stock material.• Prepare supply fill rate report and works in cutover reasons to increase the fill rate of retailers.• Takes appointment from the MR stores to supply their material as per schedule. • Closely follow up with floor/dispatch team to arrange vehicle and dispatch the material timely as per appointment.• Handling Escalations and resolving them within Tat.• Be in touch with customer until material delivered to them with zero discrepancy.• Conducting daily inventory reconciliation of available stock in warehouse.• Stock replenishment and planning for branches and arrange vehicles for stock movements.• Collect monthly tentative/special stock requirement from sale managers and collab the requirement and share to material planner.• Works in near expiry stock and highlighted them to management.• Ensure for proper stacking of material in warehouse as per stacking norms.• Take care of warehouse cleaning, inventory accuracy, proper maintenance, damage control, staff safety, and vehicle loading /unloading.• Handling the team of mother warehouse and MR warehouse as well. • Checking transporter monthly bills and forward to accounts for payment.• Randomly visits to branch warehouses for stock take and to check dispatch activity, complaints.
