Since 1995, Coffee Care is the leading provider of specialized food and beverage solutions for the out-of-home market in Cyprus. Coffee Care is the Exclusive distributor of JDE Professional (with world renowned brands such as L'Or, Jacobs, Douwe Egberts, Piazza d’Oro, Maxwell House, Pickwick), RAUCH Austria Professional Juice & Beverage Solutions, LATTIZ Smart Milk solution from FrieslandCampina Netherlands, WIBERG Austria premium spices for professionals, and other premium solutions and products. Since 2020 it created a network of on-the-go outlets "COFFEE CORNER by Coffee Care" and in cooperation with selected premium producers from Cyprus and Greece launched its own private label of sweet and savory snacks under the trade name Coffee Bites.

Took over an internal role to establish and run the sales management function of the Hyperion group. Coordinated the individual sales groups of each business unit and managed the introduction and roll-out of the group's CRM and Sales Forecasting, Control and Reporting system, based on the salesforce.com platform.

Relocated to Moscow from 2003 - 2008 to first establish and then run Hyperion Systems Engineering (Russia). The company runs Hyperion's global activities for the region, such as the solutions for Steel and Aluminium under the BRONER brand and the OTS (Operator Training Simulation) business under the HYPERION SIMULATION brand. From 2003 - 2010 Hyperion Russia operated the software, support and services business portfolio of Aspen Technology for the CIS region. Today the company holds authorised software distributorship agreements with KBC Process Technology and Spiral Software for the Russia/CIS region.

Joined Hyperion Systems Engineering at the start of a growth period, with addition of new business activities and expansion to new geographical areas. Initiated and managed the creation of two new business units as well as the establishment of group's first Middle East subsidiary in Manama, Bahrain.

CYS-CYSAB (www.mcit.gov.cy) is a non-profitable organization under the auspices of the Ministry of Energy, Commerce, Industry & Tourism and represents Cyprus internationally in the field of accreditation and technical notification. At the time I undertook the Managing Director role, Tradex was a 30-year old, privately-owned, importer and retailer of domestic white goods and professional kitchen equipment in distress. Focusing on tight cash flow management, realignment of imports and inventory planning to match market demand, overhaul of its brand and marketing, we managed to triple the turnover and turn it from loss making to break-even. In turn, and before I exit the sector, I led the merger of Tradex with one of its competitors to create a stronger market player.

Metelco produces various types of Printed Circuit Boards (PCB) for customers in Greece and Europe. Started as an intern doing my NTUA thesis designing an MRP system, continued as an in-house developer of the system (based on Ingres RDBMS). With the system put in daily use, I also worked as assistant production manager.
