Papua New Guinea

As the Transport and Maintenance Manager, I secure sub-contractor adherence to maintenance requirements to ensure 100% fleet availability. AS the Land Transport Manager, I managed $19 million annual budget; reported on OPEX and CAPEX budgets. Oversaw 1,400 vehicles and equipment's, 1,200 staff, including health, safety, employee development, third-party supply-chain service contractor performance, and control processes for all project vehicles at site with 2,500 to 3,000 personnel. Provided road safety training to 700 drivers. I also orchestrated Encobat driver contract and merger of two major camps within project (Production Camp Kome 5 and Construction Base Camp).
