During my tenure as the Marketing & eCommerce Director at Vacation Superstore Network Inc, I created and implemented both digital and print marketing plans for five different brands, which encompassed two physical storefronts and our biggest online presence, BestPriceCruises.com. I conceptualized, developed, and implemented the complete social media presence and strategies for BestPriceCruises.com, Bucketlist Vacation, and Vogue Vacations on various platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Pinterest. I ensured that our email marketing campaigns achieved high deliverability rates by implementing a range of strategies including content optimization, sender reputation management with Everest by Validity, compliance with regulatory requirements, mobile-first design, appropriate frequency, effective list segmentation, and personalized content. I also introduced welcome, check-in, and re-engagement email series, as well as designed e-commerce digital receipts. Throughout my tenure, I gained ample experience in marketing design by creating various campaigns such as e-mails, website banners, landing pages, social media posts, videos, and animated graphics. Moreover, I designed visually striking trade show backdrops for events like the New York Times Travel Show, large outdoor signs, direct mail postcards, magazine ads, and flyers. In addition to my primary responsibilities, I served as a liaison for other travel agency members of the Signature Travel Network Consortia, promoting the adoption of SaaS travel booking engine software and serving on multiple committees.

I ensured smooth operations and high-quality service delivery with our sales and customer service teams. I was responsible for training team members on CRM and booking engine software, writing procedures, and providing escalated customer service to resolve complex issues. I assisted with UX design and project management of proprietary CRM and consumer websites, demonstrating my ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to the development of effective digital solutions.
