Leading the Operations team at one of the most successful mobile chat/dating services in Africa. The role allows me to work very closely with all areas of the business and to assume responsibility for the following areas:Operational Support: Responsible for monitoring and high availability of all our client facing services and 3rd party integration points to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and minimum revenue loss. Continuously optimize to ensure the optimal balance between customer satisfaction, performance, availability and cost.New Projects: Perform a leading role in new projects and our expansion to other territories from inception to ultimately taking responsibility for the ongoing Operational Support.Partner Management: Liaise and foster relationships with Mobile Operators, VAS Aggregators and ICT Providers with a specific focus on new projects, integration and Operational Support.Internal IT: Responsible for all internal ICT systems including Internet, Networks, PABX, Call Centre, Battery Backup, G Suite, Business Continuity and Security.Customer Services: Supporting our extensive customer base across many countries via our in-house Call Centre, Email on Online Support

Manage a team of Product ManagersMobile Internet and Data, 3G HSDPA, USSD, WIGAll related applicationsNew Product Development – Ensure competitiveness and create new revenue streamsProduct Management - Ensure profitability and growth of existing productsProduct Marketing – Work with Marketing teams to create marketing campaigns targeted at the relevant audience
