I was responsible for overseeing critical areas such as legal matters, environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives, and other strategic priorities and projects, ensuring alignment with our corporate goals and values.Alongside my corporate responsibilities, I also led our sales excellence programs and optimizations, our international business units and managed essential functions, including the commercial support teams, commercial development, innovation team, product management, marketing, and tender & contract management team. This dual focus allowed me to drive both strategic direction and commercial success, fostering growth and innovation across the organization.

Headquartered in Randers, Danish Crown operates through various subsidiaries, making a significant global impact in the food industry with its diverse range of products.I played a key role in our sales and commercial excellence initiatives and programs. Additionally, I was actively involved in strategy processes and implementing strategic initiatives, conducting market research and analysis, and optimizing operations within the Beef division.

I joined Scan-Hide Amba, a subsidiary of Danish Crown and an internationally leading tannery cooperative where Danish Crown held the majority stake. As the Executive Assistant, I led essential sales excellence and performance initiatives while overseeing corporate affairs and governance in collaboration with the Danish Crown Group.I actively participated in major strategic projects and international commercial deals, while also implementing what is now known as 'Spoor'—a program that recognizes the Scandinavian food safety standards & programs, ensuring fully traceable leather products.

I joined Scan-Hide Amba, a subsidiary of Danish Crown and an internationally leading tannery cooperative where Danish Crown held the majority stake. This strategic move strengthened our market presence and broadened our reach, positioning iBob Group A/S as a formidable player in the industry.In 2017, iBob Group A/S was acquired by Redoffice Scan Office A/S, marking a pivotal moment in the company’s journey. This journey involved strategic mergers and acquisitions that consolidated the industry, creating a robust, 100% Danish-owned enterprise. Today, Daarbak Group is recognized as a leader in the furniture and office supply sector, offering expert sales and consulting services to both private and public organizations.During my time with the company, I held various pivotal roles, including internal consultant role, commercial leadership positions, and ultimately, Executive Assistant.
