CurrentI participate in or manage projects where the content is process description, process analysis and subsequent conclusion in selected business areas. Against this background, I also contribute to the development of Business Cases, selection of technology providers, preparation of RFI, technology selection, implementation, documentation, etc. I'm an experienced user of IDEF0 charting, which, in combination with other methods, can provide a unique insight into complex processes and thus the best possible basis for making the right decisions when informationflows should be optimized.I work with the concept of Content Hub, which I regard as being the sum of the processes and technologies that enable efficient creation and operation of a single source / multi channel publishing environment.I have participated in Content Hub projects in many different companies and in large and in small scale projects. Examples of the former is assignments for several years in companies like Inter IKEA Systems. I was here as an external project manager responsible for the implementation of a web-based production platform for the management of the world's largest printed publication: The IKEA Main Catalog. Likewise, I have been assigned for a two-year period by Egmont Publishing and contributed to the establishment of an internal Content Hub.I teach and educate employees at all levels in new technology and I am an experienced speaker. My early background has been formed in media-graphic production- and publishing companies.
