CurrentI support the United States Air Force by creating detailed, realistic 3D assets and training programs using industry standard 3D tools. I grew from assisting other developers on numerous projects to leading a small development team of two through concurrent multiple multi-monthlong projects.• Currently holding a TS/SCI clearance.• Recognized by my supervisor, my department head, and government customer as one of the best 3D Artists in the company.• Developed five digital educational simulations within Unity.• Create organic and hard surface 3D models using 3ds Max and Maya.• Maintain a library database of Unity projects and 3D assets.• Revised hundreds of 3D assets from our internal library database and models purchased from third party vendors to meet project level of detail (LOD) standards.• Optimize projects for WebGL builds to minimize costs and to run on our customer’s networks.• Created and currently maintain a Web Model Viewer allowing our customer to view assets outside of a game engine.• Provide customer with work-in-progress builds for internal review and feedback.• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts, internal artists, and programmers to plan, establish, and execute a pipeline and timeline for our projects.• Introduced both Substance 3D Painter and 3ds Max to our in-house development pipeline to improve the high-quality look of the assets we create.• Provide Unity, Unreal Engine 5, Substance 3D Painter, 3ds Max, Maya, and Quixel Bridge subject matter expertise to other artists, programmers, developers, my supervisor, and our government customer.• Learned current 3D Printing programs to assist with 3D print preparation and development.• 3D Print assets for our customer to display at technical conferences.
