- Oversaw the Quantitative Research Department consisting of both Analysts and Programmers.- Chief architect of the Infiniti Analytics Suite ( IAS ) – a commercial grade analytical and portfolio optimisation software package (www.infiniti-analytics.com). This included project management of the software's commercialisation, design of interfaces, creation of an sophisticated statistical library and the development of advanced portfolio optimisation and distribution fitting algorithms.- Participated as a voting member of Investment Committee and provided high level quantitative decision support services to the Portfolio Management, Qualitative Research and Operational teams.

- Conducted research into new fund scoring methodologies. Including the development of Infiniti's Single Fund Analysis (SFA) score, a time and market relative measure to score hedge funds.- Presented at various international conferences including master classes on advanced statistical analysis of Hedge Funds.

- Portfolio and Structured Product analysis and simulation. Primarily Excel and VBA based.- Development of new analytical models as well as enhancement and maintenance of existing models.

- First Year Tutorials in Management Science and Quantitative Methods for Business. Explanation of difficult and foreign concepts to groups of up to 30 undergraduate students of a range of backgrounds and ages.

- Mathematics tutoring to a wide range of people and abilities.
