A new joint venture alongside the dispatch team. Combining the Crew Control Tasks and at the same time relieving some of the workload from the dispatchers is one of the synergies present in the JetAdvisor OCC. Integrating a full crewing solution in an environment where diverse and experienced dispatchers are created, following the full rotation of tasks and knowledge acquisition, from the beginning levels of an Ops Controller, to a Licensed Dispatcher within a minimum of 21 months.In addition to overseeing the operation from a Crewing standpoint, with almost double the team and newly obtained tasks, the Crew & Ops Team Leader supervises handling and fuel requests, GenDec and Apis operations, compilation of FTL calculations, crew scheduling and rostering, travel and HOTAC requests, and finally identification and reporting of possible disruptions to the operation.This position works closely with the Dispatch Manager, Head of FlightSupport, AOC Postholders and crews.

The Head of External Relations is the main point of contact between JetAdvisor and the AOCs. It's scope of work includes maintaining a good relationship with the AOCs, assisting with setting up new client accounts, making sure that both the AOCs and the clients are pleased with the services provided, making sure suppliers (e.g., handlers) maintain a high quality of service, and coordinating various internal as well as external projects.

The Crew Control Department functions as the European OCC’s front end to the Crew i.e., it is a centralized hub for scheduling Crew and calculating flight duty times during daily operations. This is a 24/7 operational department with a team dedicated to making sure that all Crewing issues are taken care of. The Head of Crew Control’s responsibilities are to ensure a good communication between the Crew members and all parties involved, as well as to have a good overview on the operations from a Crew standpoint and to find solutions to any irregularities or discrepancies that might arise.

Customer Service Agents act as the primary interface between clients and Operations' team, the duties of which are the following:-Process client requests for new flights, from requesting Dispatch for feasibility checks to scheduling passengers, selecting crew and handlers as per procedure indications, and sending the final Flight Confirmation to the client after receiving the go-ahead from Dispatch post-feasibility checks.-Coordinate closely with Flight Dispatch and Operations Officer to keep the client informed throughout as well as respond to queries posed by the client.-Assist with additional flight related service requests such as ground transfer for crew and/or client, catering, hotel, limousine, helicopter, etc.-Coordinate all after-sales activity for charter flights between broker and Flight Dispatch, including keeping the broker informed about possible delays or restrictions if anticipated.
