Senior Client Success Manager
CurrentBenevity is a corporate purpose software that provides employee engagement and grant-management platforms to some of the world's most iconic brands.In addition to the duties that I held as a CSM II, I am especially focussed on understanding my clients' programs fully so that I can present Program Reviews with the most suitable recommendations and areas of opportunities. This has allowed me to inspire clients to make positive improvements to their programs, purchase enhancements or add-ons such as new Benevity features or platforms, and run new/creative campaigns that have led to successful results like increased donation volume and overall user participation. I am also a mentor for new Benevity-ites. I pair with new members of the Client Success team to answer questions, run training sessions, shadow client calls, and provide guidance to help new team members feel supported as they go through their onboarding journey at Benevity.
