Rollen som Executor innebär att säkerställa Operational Excellence, säkerställa operations vid utrullning av små och stora projekt. Att från början vara involverad i projektarbete, leda och bidra med kunskap om Retail samt säkra upp så väl detaljer som helhet i en utrullning. Projektstorleken varierar, allt från budget på 500 000 - 25 000 000.Andra arbetsuppgifter som jag ansvarar för på Circle K SE, är vårt LEAN arbete för alla våra full service stationer. Skapar processer (IT-system och rutiner) som möjliggör att områdeschefer och stationschefer på ett exakt sätt kan bygga sina tjänstgöringsscheman. Men även utveckla och ständigt förbättre Circle Ks LEAN tool-box.

This role is about helping Retail Sales Operation (RSO) in developing all kinds of things: - Create sales contests for 4000 employees for a whole year at a time. - Develop new IT solutions that make everyday life easier for (RSO) - Organize Kick-off for all of our 304 (2000 employees) stations together with Statoil's own Event theme. - To be a support function for all Area Sales Managers in their daily lives in matters relating to efficiency, IT issues, regular administrative tasks, etc. - Project Manager in a variety of projects - Support function in various projects - Implement a new LEAN wave - Customize / Implement different things coming from our Europe organization to Sweden

I was building up a new support function within Statoil. Retail Support function was / is needs to support all of our full-service stations in all possible operational issues that they might need help with. LEAN, Accounting, Education issues, operational issues. We were a team of 10 people. The role also meant that all staff relating tasks such as performance appraisal, leadership, salary reviews, etc. Retail Support was not only a support function for the stations but also for the whole of our Retail Department. Everything from routine administrative tasks for the development of new working practices. All employees had besides support function other responsibilities that I had responsibility for example, rent analysts, bookkeeping responsible for 140 stations, our internal training system, our accounting systems, etc.

My knowledge of LEAN I gained during my years as station manager when we worked actively with LEAN on those stations, I was responsible for. Also got the honor during my time as station manager to be trained in LEAN and then travel around the country and teach 21 of them other stations how to work with LEAN in station operation for 14 weeks. Then I started at the service office as a LEAN expert and my responsibility was to develop and efficiency enhancement all LEAN processes we had in the company. And was developing new ways of working together with my colleague.

Being the station manager is just like running your own business. You are responsible for personnel and everything that comes whit that, operating procedures, accounting, budgeting, purchasing, together with your team create the most efficient work practices that is possible, LEAN.
