My cornerstone is the Abitare Mediterraneo™ concept, that led to the establishment of the technology platform among building stakeholders in Tuscany and beyond named as above (www.abitaremediterraneo.eu).Sustainable mobilityI work on projects able to trigger the take up of more sustainable transport and logistics solution on advanced concept of urban planning. In particular, I am very interested on e-mobility, active mobility, city logistics and other transport innovation considering the urgency of “to drastically reduce world greenhouse gas emissions, with the goal of limiting climate change below 2ºC”(EC, 2016), levering efforts with the Logical Town Association (www.logicaltown.eu)Industrial researchI work on industrial research, dev and innovation, with a particular attention to the paper industry, combining energies with those of my colleagues of CQC Paper Lab (www.cqc.it) In particular, I’m interested about projects able to ensure coherence between industrial, environmental, climate and energy policy to create an optimal business environment for sustainable growth, job creation and innovation. As today we stand on the cusp of a fourth industrial revolution (“Industry 4.0”) I cooperate with my LUNET (www.lunet.it) colleagues to project where intelligent ICT-based machines, systems and networks are capable of independently exchanging and responding to information to manage industrial production processes.
