I have good knowledge of splicing, cabling practices with fibre, copper, annotating maps, dealing with Open reach and local authorities. I train new starters and coach them to be competent engineers as well as supervising the team in the absence of a manager. I work in line with the health and safety frameworks and ensure I tidy as I go completing each job with customer safety in mind. I assist my team day to day with all duct section plans and major works. I am a great team player and I am also able to action instructions and work solely on my own jobs. I work towards perfecting my skill set in order to excel and progress and enjoy tackling new challenges and overcoming difficulties to further my knowledge.
