In my role as Associate Director at Accenture, I lead the development and execution of enterprise-scale strategies and technology solutions. These solutions are deeply rooted in transformation, migration, andcloud automation and are deployed in large-scale, multi-million-dollar client engagements with high-profile companies.I've been instrumental in driving cloud, governance, application migration, and new cloud application strategies, including a patented technology that’s proved pivotal to building strategic relationships andacquiring select client engagements.As a business leader, I coach and mentor teams of up to 30 cross-functional professionals focused ondelivering technology and automation strategies. I led diverse teams in architecting, building, and deploying a worldwide cloud hybrid solution, includingAWS-like interfaces tailored to specific client needs and business use cases.Notable achievements include pioneering automated technology that replaced antiquated electronichealth records for six million military, hospital, and clinical subscribers globally. This transformationrevolutionized application development, testing, and release practices by reducing a months-long,intricate system implementation process to a highly efficient 37-hour system automation.I've also worked closely with the U.S. Armed Forces to gather requirements, design, and implement an innovative new front-end portal that provided cloud provisioning while maintaining strict security protocols.
