MY COMPANY : With around 800 employees, POST Technologies is the unit of POST Luxembourg responsible for implementing and maintaining fixed and mobile telecommunication networks.MY ROLE: Within Post Luxembourg, I intervene as an internal Agile Team Coach to increase companywide agility. MY ROLE: Within Post Technologies, I assume the role of a Scrum Master in a Scrum Team responsible for the development of internal business products with following key features :- the documentation of Post's fixed telecommunications infrastructure- The delivery of passive needed datas to the OSS Post Technology's platform for the calculation of eligible routes (in the context of the fulfilment of wholesales and regulated product orders)MY EXPERIENCE AND SKILLSI 've been working in the software development and architecture for almost twenty years in Luxembourg within IT companies. I have been involved in the main activities of the software development process: Analysis, Design/Architecture, Implementation, Testing, Deployment and Support/Maintenance of business software applications.
