Introduced a streamlined three-step processwithin Jira for dashboard backup, requiring users to input the dashboard name, UID, and folder UID. Thisinitiates a pipeline that copies the dashboard models, stores them, and ensures swift retrieval of lostdashboards, saving valuable engineering time.- Led a cost optimization initiative in Microsoft Azure by addressing a one-to-one correlation issue between AzureApp Service instances and App Service Plans. Designed clear scaling rules for shared App Service Plans, executingcomprehensive load tests, and analyzing metrics through correlation analysis.
