I joined Sitel in March when call volumes had just started to go down again, I quicklybecame used to the environment, made friends and got involved in some back–end work for a social interaction website to be used at our work. I have learnt how to deal with customer complaints and am very used to helping people with little IT knowledge. I became the overseer of the “lab” a place where all of our printers and PCs are kept. I sorted out new printers and organized whatever needed organizing. I have worked closely with manager and the ops manager and am able to clearly communicate to any level. I am verystraightforward with my colleagues and customers and am always punctual and well organized.

I founded my own recording studio in Berlin. There I mostly work as a recording engineer, but if required also as a mixing engineer. I established the studio, because I want to work together with people and solve their problems, thereby satisfying their needs.My passion for music and perfectionism dictates to move a microphone ten times or testing three other microphones, until the desired sound of the customer is found. Not tiring after hundreds of tries with the musician, I always help to achieve excellence together.I repair, install and build all cables and jacks in my studio. Whenever I come upon something, I cannot do yet, I try to find solutions and teach myself. It goes without saying, that I am preparing each session thoroughly, setting up tracks, correct equipment and schedules. This way the moment the performers arrives, we can start right away, producing awesome results I am proud of.As it is my own studio, I learned all skills necessary for recording great music and furthermore got good at organizing, e.g. book keeping.
