Designing instead of (just) consulting or moderating. This is the next stage of my professional journey. I develop companies - with others or on my own responsibility and at my own risk.With my analytical and conceptual strengths, my energy and with my passion for working together and achieving goals. With all my experience and methodological knowledge. In doing so, my heart beats for ventures that address our current social challenges.The starting point for this is #SDNue, the Social Design Forum Nuremberg, which I co-founded. Here we set impulses, here we initiate networks and cooperations, from here we can think and act further together, we can develop, design and found.My background:As a management consultant - initially as part of an international consulting firm and independently since 2005 - I look back on more than 20 years of experience and success.My focus areas have evolved and expanded during this time span: From business intelligence to project management, from functional requirements design to change management to agile ways of working (certified Scrum Master, Product Owner), from customer-centric innovation methods (Service Designer) to strategy/management consulting to the development of platform business models (certified Platform Designer).
