In my research team, BonLab, at the University of Warwick we specialize in polymer and colloid science and combine this with soft matter physics with a twist of chemical engineering. We have expertise in polymer synthesis (polycondensation, radical (mini-) emulsion polymerization), emulsification and formulations, colloid and polymer physics and characterization, design of prototype application materials such as coatings, adhesives, and personal care formulations. We find it important to have a commercial eye and work closely with industry. We are keen to explore opportunities for BonLab worldwide. We have an interest in sustainable chemistry and materials.
