With over 14 years experience in top-tier and leading legal practices across construction, engineering and infrastructure law, I have regularly acted in relation to project disputes, arbitrations, expert determinations, adjudications, mediations and facilitated negotiations and other legal processes relevant to entities in the construction industry. My particular focus is on dispute resolution and dispute avoidance, acting for contractors, principals, owners and State and Local Government organisations. My experience allows me to quickly understand the complexities in delivering projects, in particular the interplay of the commercial aspects, the construction issues and the legal framework required to enable the successful delivery of a project and to avoid or mitigate disputes and lengthy litigation.I further provide advise in relation to the administration of construction contracts and on the interpretation of contractual terms, issues and relevant state and federal legislation.I am an admitted solicitor of the High Court of Australia and Supreme Court of NSW.
